Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order has shipped.

- Standard Shipping (7–20 business days) — Free on orders over $75 CAD; flat rate $8.99 CAD under $75
- Expedited Shipping (5–12 business days) — $14.99 CAD
United States:
- Standard Shipping (10–20 business days) — $12.99 CAD
- Expedited Shipping (5–12 business days) — $24.99 CAD
International:
- Standard Shipping (15–30 business days) — rates calculated at checkout
- Duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer
Where We Ship From We partner with a global fulfillment network. Orders are shipped from our fulfillment centers and delivery times may vary based on your location and customs processing.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. Please allow 2–5 business days for tracking information to update after shipment.
